Today, risk management for all firms has taken on greater importance. From risks related to the pandemic, cyber risks, employee related risks, financial risks – the impact of these and how they are handled can directly influence how the firm operates. Now more than ever, businesses are learning that taking a more wholistic approach, in the form of enterprise risk management (ERM), is crucial to the wellness and longevity of the firm and the industry.

This presentation will focus on how various roles within a company focus on ERM and how collaboration with the risk management department can streamline the identification and mitigation of risk. This includes various roles, such as accounting, cyber security, and risk management and how these areas collaborate to ensure the continuity and safety of a business for its customers and its owners.
