Patty Kautz is an accomplished strategic leader with over 35 years of experience in accounting and business operations. Ms. Kautz provides the leadership necessary to support company growth by focusing on effective operational processes, controls, and reporting procedures that help accounting firms achieve financial strength and operational efficiency. Her expertise includes financial management, corporate governance, oversight of all operational departments, infrastructure and process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic risk management.
Before joining GRF, Ms. Kautz served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at VonLehman & Company (now Dean Dorton). Her extensive career also includes managing the accounting departments for entities owned by a large family office and serving in various roles in the Audit Department of Deloitte & Touche (now Deloitte).
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Ms. Kautz is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of CPAs. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has supported her alma mater over the years in various roles that support the Lindner College of Business and women alumni. Having previously served as President, Ms. Kautz is a member Emeritus of the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business Alumni Council where she actively volunteered her time connecting with fellow alumni and mentoring current students. She is currently the leader of the Women of UC Alumni Network, which is a network of Bearcats united to empower the 164k+ female graduates of the University of Cincinnati.
Outside of the University of Cincinnati, Ms. Kautz has been active in charitable activities for nonprofit organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Past leadership roles include serving her local church community as Chair of the Finance/Operations Committee and Member of the Parish Pastoral Council.
