Federal Financial Assistance (Uniform Guidance) Resource Center

In 2024, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) revised Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). First applicable to organizations with a fiscal year end of September 30, 2025, OMB Guidance for Federal Financial Assistance provides clarity and updated guidance to Federal agencies regarding the consistent and efficient use of federal financial assistance.

To assist federal grant recipients with these changes, GRF’s team of Uniform Guidance experts has created this resource center for information and guidance. New resources are being added frequently. For further assistance, contact us with your questions.
