SAS No 134-141 New Auditor Reporting Standards

New updates to SAS No. 134 are making fundamental changes to the layout of audit reports and overall information presented in order to enhance the communicative value and relevance of audit reporting.

Join GRF audit experts for an interactive discussion on the overarching changes as a result of SAS No. 134 including the introduction of section 701. Attendees will explore the convergence with current international reporting standards, an expanded description of the auditor’s responsibilities, and the disclosure of “Key Audit Matters” as they pertain to reporting periods ending on or after December 15, 2021.
