Carrie Hart, SHRM-SCP, is a highly driven and accomplished human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in business operations, human capital management, talent development, and organizational oversight. As GRF’s Chief Human Resources Officer, she focuses on strategic leadership, talent management, performance management, and HR operations.
Before joining GRF, Ms. Hart held various HR leadership roles within the financial services industry, including Director of Human Resources for an ESG-focused asset manager and Vice President of Human Resources for a global private equity firm. She gained experience in leading a global consolidation of payroll systems, the development of compensation platforms, and successful implementation of key human resource technology solutions that streamlined operations across multiple locations. As a strategic leader, she has a proven track record of implementing innovative human resource initiatives that foster an environment of operational excellence.
