Biography

Mr. Lawrence has worked in public accounting since 1984 specializing in taxation and estate work, and collaborates with clients to implement tax saving strategies and ensure compliance with current regulations. He consults with clients on such issues as optimum business structure, investment decisions, establishment of fringe benefit and pension plans, and the coordination of corporate and shareholder/key employee tax saving strategies. He addresses particularly complex tax issues concerning investments, estate and gift taxes, succession planning and allocation of financial resources.

Mr. Lawrence has represented clients before the IRS at all levels of appeal. He works closely with many attorneys on mutual clients and he has special expertise on law firm partnerships with complex multi-state taxation issues. He also conducts seminars for clients and professional groups on various topics including tax law changes and tax and retirement planning.
