Biography
Ms. Miller is a principal in the Nonprofit Tax department at GRF CPAs & Advisors. She works with a variety of tax exempt organizations including 501(c)(3) public charities and private foundations, 501(c)(4)s and 501(c)(6)s.
As a principal, Ms. Miller prepares Form 990s and other tax compliance-related deliverables for the firm’s clients. She is responsible for coordinating Form 990 completion and tax planning with clients and the firm’s management. Ms. Miller’s knowledge of tax exempt organizations allows her to work with many complex national and international clients. She has experience with other deliverables including the Form 990-T, state returns and foreign filings.
She also serves as the Co-chair of Women on the Move, GRF’s women’s leadership initiative formalized in 2019.
